
Life evolves and so to keep up, my blog must too.

Events will be chronicling the different races, adventure runs and mud/obstacle courses I will participate in this year.
Food follows my adventures getting to grips with the collection of recipes I have gathered from papers and magazines. I am also blogging for the Boyne Valley Food Series here.
Health and Fitness will track my progress as I work through different programs and challenges to help push and keep myself out of my lazy zone.
